Open Question: When camping, what is a simple way to get rid of the bad smell of the vault toilets?
I'm looking for some sort of easy deoderizing options. So far I've found a sawdust idea, but are there any others? Thanks for your ideas!
Okay, I won't put anything down it. I never considered it might cause problems for the people who clean it out. But chill a little with the animations, J-Bridge person, I seriously doubt that baking soda would make the outhouse explode. It appears there's simply an organization of some sort that collects sewage for compost reasons and doesn't want it to be chemically altered, stinky or not.
But thanks everyone for your input, I'll just use air freshener. And don't try to tell me that febreze will react with the "caustic gasses" and kill me either, because I won't believe that either.
